She sold our house within 2 days! And we had some issues come up during the walk through hours before closing on our new house. The new house was dirty - even food in the fridge - and Tanya was able to get a company to come in and deep clean within a couple hours! She also worked with our attorney to help us get a credit from the sellers for some things left in poor condition. Tanya made it so we could have a smooth close!

She reached out to me via phone because my dad had posted on social media that me, his daughter needed help getting out of a terrible area. Two days after Tanya and i spoke we had 3 properties to look at. She was so sweet & warming to me and my 2 year old daughter. Out of those 3 i found one that was perfect for me and my little family. It had everything i wanted with some few thing that needed to be fixed up. She was great she keep up with the other agent to fix what i wanted & make sure all my desires were met.
