The new house was dirty - even food in the fridge - and Tanya was able to get a company to come in and deep clean within a couple hours! When it comes to buying a home I am a complete novice. I have been living in rentals for my entire adult life and was a little bit nervous that the home buying process would be tough to navigate. I was so so lucky to find Tanya to help guide me through this process. She laid out all of the steps ahead of us so that I knew what to expect, and nothing was a surprise. She helped me navigate the home loan process, explained how attorneys fit into the picture, and guided me through the inspection. At a time when home buying is like a competition - as people leave the city, I was expecting that like my friends, my experience would be filled with bumps and bruises. Fortunately this was not the case. Aside from her helping with a smooth process, I just adore Tanya as a person. We now chat as friends and are looking forward to post-covid times when we can hang out. She is a truly a good, down-to-earth, solid, honest person and she is wonderful at her job.
